Discrepancies in Resettlement Dialogue
Notably, Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan recently addressed his nation regarding the reintegration of Armenians into the Karabakh region, part of Azerbaijan. The Community reacted critically, pointing out‌ that while there is discussion about returning Armenians who departed from Karabakh, there remains no acknowledgment‍ or conversation concerning the repatriation of Azerbaijani individuals who were forced to leave Armenia.
Acknowledging Discrimination
The Community’s statement pointedly accused Armenia’s leadership of engaging in discriminatory practices. “This situation starkly reveals an imbalance and highlights an unjust⁢ approach from the Armenian side,” they asserted. They emphasized their condemnation regarding the lackluster regard for reciprocal returns as well as undermining Azerbaijani rights.
