PETALING JAYA – The Good Vibes Festival (GVF) 2024 has been cancelled to respect the coronation ceremony of His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, the 17th King of Malaysia.
Future Sound Asia, the music festival’s organiser, announced the news on social media on July 1.
It also said the festival will not be rescheduled, marking the second consecutive year it has been cancelled.
“Due to the nature of GVF, which involves multiple touring acts over multiple days, rescheduling the music festival is impossible,” it said in a statement on the GVF Instagram page on July 1.
“All GVF ticket purchasers will automatically receive full refunds to the payment methods used for their purchases.”
